CÉSAR ROJAS (Buenos Aires, Argentina)César is Tango & Argentine Dance Folk teacher. He studied in Neuquén at “Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes” and at IUNA University. He has a huge experience as dancer, teacher and choreographer. Actually, he teaches Tango I, II, III & IV at IUNA University. His studies include classical dance, contemporary dance, partenaire technique, choreography composition and acting training. He took part of tango performances like “Quién les quita lo bailado”, “Sebastian Tango”, “Brazos y abrazos”, “Tango emotion”, and others. GONZALO COLLAZO (Montevideo, Uruguay)Gonzalo started his tango studies in Montevideo, Uruguay. He learnt tango with Esteban Cortéz & María Klastornick, Martín Borteiro & Regina Chiappara, Mariana López Cattini, Elena Vilariño, Carlos Lobos & Laura Echegoyen. Actually, he continue studying with Raul Gonzalez. He made several workshops in others countries with Ernesto Garzón & Oscar Berois, in Stockolm, Javier Rodríguez & Estela Misé, Eugenia Parrilla & Pablo Inza, Evelyn Rivera & Esteban Cortéz. He started with Queer Tango in Uruguay, he is well known around Montevideo tango scene by dance tango between men in traditional milongas. He teaches tango in several institutes in Montevideo and worked in training related with tango for actors of diverse performances like “Las Julietas”, and others. She worked as dancer and actor in performances like “Junando el ayer” by Rocio Villamil and T.V. in “Las Novias de Travolta”. During 2011, he was tango instructor in the 2nd. Queer Tango Marathon in Bs.As., in Brasilia and in the 1st. Festival Internacional de Tango Queer de México. INGRID SAALFELD (Hamburgo, Alemania)She has a huge experience in pedagogy and as dance-theater director, in 1990 she starts to dance the tango with famous instructors as Antonio Todaro, Eric and Jesua, Amira Cámpora, Gustavo Naveira, Fabian Salas, Sergio and Gisela, Mauricio Castro, Sebastian Arce, Mariana Montes and others. Since 1993 to 1995 directed “Tango con Pasión” school, in Dortmund, Germany and since 2008 is the director of “Fun Tango” in Hamburgo, Germany. She was teacher and dancer en Queer tango festivals around the world as Copenhagen, Queer Tango Marathon – Buenos Aires 2010, and Hamburg Queer Tango Argentino Festival, in Germany. Her particular style mix tango technique and theater arriving to creative & fun exercises, to finish dancing a funny queer tango style. JESÚS PIETROPAULO (Buenos Aires, Argentina)He started his studies in classical, modern, jazz and tango dances in Rosario, Santa Fe. He learnt tango with Juan Carlos Copes, Mayoral & Elsa María, Mingo & Esther Pugliese, Rodolfo El Chino Aguerrodi, Corina de la Rosa & Julio Balmaceda. He improve his studies in “Universidad del Tango de Buenos Aires” and he has worked very hard in try to find others stage styles discovering his own identity. He was choreographer and dancer in “Tang om” during Cambalache Festival in 2008 and was part of “Sebastian Tango”. He founded “Practica disociada de tango” in Buenos Aires. Teacher, dancer and choreographer, he worked in tango performances and tango workshops in Buenos Aires, and in La Habana –Cuba-, Munich, Wiemar, Erfurt (Germany) & Bretagna (France). MARGARITA ALBARADO (Buenos Aires, Argentina)She finished her studies as teacher in Argentine Dance Folk and Tango at IUNA University. She was choreographer and teacher in “Andinos” (Bolivia´s folk dances company), and she taught in milonga and peña Bayres Folk tango and folklore. She was part of many companies: “Tango Argentino”, “Sentimiento, alma y tradición”,”La máquina del tango”, “Tangueteros” and “Asociación Mutual Homero Manzi" company. Some of their teachers were Aurora Lubiz, Hugo Daniel, Ana Maria Schapira, Nancy Louzan & Damian Essel, Julio Balmaceda & Corina de la Rosa, El Flaco Dani, Marta Anton & el Gallego Manolo, Gabriela Elias & Eduardo Perez, Chicho Frumboli, Pablo Inza, Gabriel Glagovsky and others. MARIANO GARCÉS (Buenos Aires, Argentina)He has a Tango and Argentine dance folk degree at IUNA University. He learnt with Leonardo Cuello, Gustavo Naveira, Julio Balmaceda & Corina de la Rosa, and others teachers. He teaches at IUNA University.. He founded argentine queer folk dances, and founded “Bayres Folk” (peña & milonga gay). Actually he leads the only Queer Tango Marathon in the World in Buenos Aires. He was one of the first dancers of queer tango in Buenos Aires on stages, and promotes this style in different stages of Buenos Aires and the World. Choreographer, teacher and dancer, he took part of “Sebastian Tango” queer musical. He was teacher and dancer during 7th , 8th, 9th & 10th Hamburg Queer Tango Festival in Germany during 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011; during Copenhagen Queer Tango Festival in 2009 and in Koln Queer Tango Festival in 2010 and 2011. He promotes queer tango in the World, teaching and supporting new starting of this phenomenon in Montevideo (Uruguay), Paris (France), Oslo (Norway) y Brussels (Belgium), Zurich (Switzerland) and Amsterdam (Netherlands). MARTÍN BELIZAN (Buenos Aires, Argentina)He finished her studies as teacher in Argentine Dance Folk and Tango. He is professorship holder associated in “Danzas Folklóricas Argentinas” and “Danzas Folkloricas Argentinas I, II, III y IV” at IUNA University. He was dancer of tha ballet “Instituto Nacional Superior del profesorado de Folklore”, “Raíces Argentinas”, “Grupo Danzares” and others. He was part of the musical “Vayamos y adoremos” as musician and as assistant in the literary technical composition of folk rythms. He was jury in many tournaments and competitions, as Pre-Cosquin and others. He made many researches in folk, and took part in many Folklore congress too. MAXIMILIANO MARTINO ÁVILA (Buenos Aires, Argentina)He is professorship holder in “Tango I y II” at IUNA University. He has a degree at IUNA University as Choreographer and National Contemporary dancer. He is Music National teacher, too. He studied tango danza, flamenco and spanish dances with the most important teachers in Argentina. He has a big experience and well-known as dancer, teacher and choreographer, in Argentina and several countries. He research in biomechanics for social and stage tango styles and gender studies. He was the choreographer of several performances: “Tango 2000” (Filipinas, Singapur, Malaysia, China, Taiwan), “Picaresque” (Colombia); “Tríada de un abrazo” (Argentina); “La última Curda” (Holanda, Italia, Argentina), “Dos Extraños Son”... SERGIO SEGURA (Nueva York, EEUU)Sergio Segura is one precursor of Quer Tango teaching and development in New York. In 2007 he open his own school “Strictly Tango NYC” and was one of the organizer of the first Queer Tango Festival In New York. Professional dancer, Choreographer and tango instructor, his style arrives from the study and learning of Antonio Todaro, Raul Bravo, Juan Carlos Copes, Gloria y Eduardo Arquimbau, Los Dinzel, Pepito Avellaneda, Miguel Zotto, Osvaldo Zotto, Rodolfo Cieri, El Alemán, Juan Bruno, Pupy Castello, Virulazo & Elvira, and others. SILVINA IERINO (Buenos Aires, Argentina)She studied in the “Sindicato de Musicos” the “Musica Popular” degree. She studied the degree in Musical Composition in “Centro de Estudios avanzados de Música Contemporánea”. Actually she is studying Argentine Dance Folk and Tango degree at IUNA University. She learnt with Leonardo Cuello, Alejandra & Sergio Arrué, Roberto Herrera & Vanina Bilous, Cecilia & Oscar Gauna, and others. She made others studies in training for voice, classical and contemporary dances, and choreography. She was part of “La esquina de Homero Manzi” dinner show, Roberto Herrera´s Tango Nuevo Company, and “ Barco Dancer” company in Cancún, México. She worked in theater “Gargantúa”, Teatro Avenida and others. She taught tango in Argentina, and Cancun, Mexico. SOLEDAD TORRES (Buenos Aires, Argentina)She is teacher in Argentine Dance Folk from the “Centro Polivalente de Arte” from Salta, National Argentine Dance Folk teacher from IUNA University, too. She has taught in many educational primary, secondary and adults educational institutes in Buenos Aires. She has been jury in many folk competitions in Buenos Aires state.
